Aim

The Workplace Fitness Index reveals what is enabling, and what is getting in the way of, performance and change.

Overview

An online survey of culture and practice, our Fitness diagnostic collects employees’ feedback on the levers of performance and change, including clarity of direction and strength of leadership and management.

The results highlight both capability and resilience, to show what the organisation does well, along with the risks to long-term success.

Our practical questions are easy to answer, as they tap into the day-to-day experiences of people at all levels; they allow us to generate findings that lead to concrete actions.

In practice

We first learn about your strategic and near-term ambitions; this helps us interpret the feedback in the most relevant way.

All or many of your employees are invited to take the online survey, which has around three dozen questions.

We present the findings and our recommendations in a workshop, where together we explore actions to make change easier and to create value that lasts.

Responsible for culture or change?

Let us answer your questions about culture, leadership, and change in a 30-minute consultation, designed for managers who want to make culture an asset. Request no-obligation call.

I’ve worked with Quentin for years now and I’ve greatly enjoyed his ability to get me to think more systemically and at a higher level than the day to day work often allows.
